Facility Feasibility Study (FFS) is a comprehensive analysis of an institution’s budgets and staffing levels. Provided data is compared to industry averages in an effort to identify facility enhancement opportunities. It has been GCA Services’ experience that valuable cost savings and quality improvement are almost always identified in the feasibility studies we publish. The FFS gives boards an idea of potential ways to improve quality, save time that can be refocused on the core mission of education, and balance the needs of the staff and the community.
